The Ambassador of Panama, HE Jose A. Ruiz, in conjunction with the visit of General Director of Merchant Marine Alfonso Castillero and Director of Seafarer's Jose R. Hernandez, hosted a breakfast meeting at Keppel Marina Bay to have an open discussion with vessel owners and operators about the Panama Flag.
